Aug. 2, 2014: Ingrain Scheduled Network Outage - Full Service Restored 8/5

Ingrain had a planned network downtime established for Aug 2 through Aug 3.  The downtime caused unexpected delays with the telephones and website, which will return to full service on Aug 5.  All operational services were re-established early on Aug 4 as planned.
